What is it ?
Well basically, out of a need to integrate our old billing system into the new wordpress site, we have recoded and migrated a complete invoicing and billing into a Word Press plugin.
With many features, and more planned, it is hoped it will be the most comprehensive package available.
Currently the system allows for the billing, and invoicing of one time and recurring products.
Invoices generated on a monthly basis via built in cron job. Ability to assign billing to a current registered user, or dynamically create a new user as required.
Complete admin system, with various reporting, and exporting methods (excel and PDF), change site settings, add / remove / edit products, add / remove / edit / assign products to clients.
Customer side includes ability to subscribe to further products, download billing information (excel), view past and present invoices, view / make payments against invoices.
The customer will only be visible to users who have invoices logged in the system, and will not be visible to anyone else.
At present some features are still in their infancy, and there is bound to be a few bugs in the system. We have worked hard to try and remove these, however it is guaranteed that we will have missed a few.
