This add-on will, give you an integrated way of providing support to your clients.

With email pipe support, full ticket tracking, support for registered or un registered clients, multiple department, full language capability and full administration system.

The system is designed to allow for creation of tickets via a web interface integrated into your store, or via the email pipe system. It can also recognize existing tickets that are replied to via email ,and update the database accordingly.

This package is still in development at present, and we are looking to add a few more features, as such, if you find any bugs or problems, please let us know.
